INFLUENCE OF STRUCTURE DEFECTS OF PHASE TRANSFORMATIONS IN REFRACTORY OXIDES DURING THERMAL, ELECTRIC AND ION ACTIONS

There the systematic study of phase transformations to be controlled by the structure defects which begin during the thermal, electric and ion actions in the refractory oxides with the structure of corundum, pyrochlorine, fluorite, perovskite, in the solid solutions on their basis has been executed. The phase transformations in the oxides with the structure of pyrochlorine, fluorite, perovskite have been brought out by experiment and have been substantiated by thermodynamics. The energy analysis of reduction processes of oxides, of solid solutions has been realized. The activation energies of processes of phase transformations have been determined. The conditions to arise the conduction duct and the break-down in the indium oxide have been studied.
