The complete and non-contradictory description of the wide circle near-cathode processes in base of which there is the self-co-ordinated consideration of the particles emission processes, their ionization in near-cathode field, distortion of the electric field with spatial charges and energy exchange between different sybsystems of the cathode and plasma has been given.
