The investigation objects are the equations in partial derivatives and also the gas-discharge plasma. The aim of the work is to investigate theoretically the problems connected with calculation of the discontinuous solution for the quasi-linear conservation laws and with transfer of the boundary Sommerfeld's conditions, to investigate numerically the processes of electromagnetic radiation processes with the gas dischage plasma. The theorems of existence and convergence in the travelling wave type limit contour for the difference circuits approximating the quasi-linear conservation law have been proved.
