Carbohydrate-containing polymers actinoplan and actinomycetes akin to it

The object of investigation: actinomycetes included in family Actinoplanaceae. The purpose of the work: examination of the cyrbohydrate-containing polymeres of the cellular walls of the two representatives of the Actinoplanetes section.For the first time, there have been found the teichovaya acids in the cellular walls in 11 from 14 investigated cultures relating to family Actinoplanaceae. In details investigated have been the teichovaya acids and peptidoglycan of the two actinoplans - Actinoplanes philippinensis VKM Ac-647 and Actinoplanes auranticolor VKM Ac-648. The phosphor-containing polysaccharides in the cellular walls of these cultures have been found.
