The work is aimed at studying the plasmid factors of the pathogenicity: enterotoxigenicity, adhesiveness, hemolytic activity of the conditionally pathogenic enterobacteria isolated from the children of the early age suffering from the acute intestinal diseases of not established etiology to make the exact diagnosis. It has been first established that the factors of the pathogenicity (enterotoxigenicity, adhesiveness, hemolytic activity) can oftener be found at the different representatives of family Enterobacteriacese isolated from the children with the acute intestinal diseases of not established etiology than that at the healthy children.
