The investigation is concerned with three species of winter wheat, that is, Odesskaya 51, Donetskaya 46 and Polukarlik. The objective of investigation is revelation of the mechanisms of adaptation of winter wheat to excessive concentrations of lead and development of new methods of raising immunity of plants to lead using elements of mineral nutrition. The researchers have studied the influence of different concentrations of lead on the rate of growth of the above three species of winter wheat, the mechanisms of adaptation of wheat to excessive concentrations of lead at the molecular, cellular and organism levels and the method of stepping up the immunity of plants in environment contaminated by lead. Based on the results of investigation o...
