The particular feature investigation of the non-linear interaction of SHF-radiation with a solid-state plasma, features connected with modulation, multifrequency generation, chaotization, action of an external signal, is the aim of the paper. As a result the effect of the mode synchronization has been detected and described as well at he regime of the multifrequency generation in Gann's diodes, under which spectrum components are not connected by integer relations. Both inductive and capacitive characters of non-linear reactivity have been shown.
