The theoretical investigation for plasma structurization processes for a volumetric non-independent SHF-discharge is the aim of the paper as well as the development of physical-mathematical models of SHF-discharges of high pressure with complex space and space-time structures of parameters of plasma and field. As a result processes of the structure formation for plasma of volumetric non-independent SHF-discharges at the initial stage of evolution have been investigated. The model for localized vibratory-progressive non-equilibrium plasma structures in SHF-field has been suggested.
