The effect of oscillations of the X-ray reflex rate in the dependence on the amplitude of the ultrasound, excited in a crystal, has been detected in the paper. The dependence of the oscillation contrast on parameters, characterizing the diffraction experiment, has been investigated. The high-sensitive method for the determination of the ultrasound amplitude has been suggested. The curve line of the "forbidden" reflex (222) reflection for various on the perfection crystals of silicon has been obtained and investigatedAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
