The theory development of the excitation of a spherical particle form oscillation by an acoustic field is the aim of the paper as well as the theory development of the light scattering on these oscillations. The creation of an experimental plant and the execution of some experimental investigations of optical-physical properties of a microparticle are also the aim of the paper. As a result expressions for the intensity of the light scattering on forced main modes of particle oscillations, expressions making it possible to estimate their relative contribution into general intensity of scattering, have been obtained.
