H-3 liquid crystal (P - etoxibenziliden - butylaniline) is investigated in the paper aiming at the establishment of the connection between dissipative kinetic coefficients and parametrs, characterizing intermolecular interactions. As a result some statements of molecular-kinetic and statistical theories have been checked. Dependences of the orientation relaxation time on a temperature and pressure have been obtained.
