Effects of the formation of gigantic rhombohedral deformations of a crystalline lattice, gigantic induced magnetic anisotropy, quasimagnetoelastic aftereffect, connected with the ordering of hydrogen small concentrations, have been detected in the paper. It has been also detected, that the spin reorientation in SmFe*002 is the phase transition of the first kind. The strong influence of small concentrations of hydrogen atoms on anisotropic magnetic properties and crystalline structure has been detected.
