The creation of electrodynamic SHF-models of dry and wet snow covers is the aim of the paper as well as the consideration of the snow cover influence on reflection characteristics of latticed screens. As a result electrodynamic models of wet snow, making it possible to coordinate results of glaciological measurements of snow cover parameters with results of SHF-radiometrical measurements of both a frequency spectrum of own radiation and the attenuation of the external source radiation in the snow covering have been created for the first time.
