The space-time structure of the impulse laser radiation, distorted because of the multiply scattering is considered in the paper aiming at the investigation of the multiply scattered impulse radiation in scattering mediums, in that number, the system of ocean-atmosphere with a waved boundary between them. As a result the gamut of the small-angular diffusion approximation applicationly to the description of the space-time structure of the impulse radiation has been widened. The method for the calculation of statistical characteristics of the optical radiation has been suggested.
