The energy, protein and carbohydrate nourishment of basic fodders from vegetation of the North Transurals has been determined for the development of the full-nourishing rations of feeding of the ruminant animals. The solubility and cleavage of the protein have been established in the juicy and concentrated fodders. The feeding of the young cattle is expediently to perform on the rations, having the cleavage of the raw protein less than 70%, which shall allow to receive the mean-day increments of the life mass by more than 900 g.
