There the process of slowed-down failure of members of welded constructions under the hydrogen action has been studied. The purpose is to develop the scientifically-substantiated means to estimate the resistibility of members of welded constructions to the slowed-down failure under the hydrogen action. The mathematical simulator of slowed-down failure of members of welded constructions has been developed and has been realized numerically on the basis of cynergetic approach.
