The aim of the work is to investigate the problems of stressed-and-deformed state of plates slackened by double-periodic system circular holes and rectilinear cracks at bending. The author has developed an efficient procedure for solution of a wide range of problems concerned with bending of perforated plates with cracks. A new class of problems of plate bending theory has been solved. Dependences of stress intensity coefficients on applied bending load, mutual arrangement of holes (inclusions) and cracks have been obtained.
