The paper is concerned with deformation of plates and shells which are under action of the cross loads accidentally disributed over surface or have the accidental initial deformations. The aim is to develop the design methods of the deformation probability functional in plates and shells which are under actio of stochastic loading and to deduce the formulae for calculation of the critin cal loads and apriori deformation probabilities. The method keeping the informational entropy invariance for constructing deformation probalitiy functionals has been developed.
