The investigation objects are the emulsion microcrystals of the silver halogenides. The aim as to obtain the information about regularities of changing energetical characteristics in the emulsion microcrystals of AgHal and to construct the models of the heterophase boundaries on their base. The energetical characteristics of the silver halogenide microcrystals, yield depth of the photoelectrons in the sub-threshold field have been determined. The energetical diagrams have been proposed. The obtained data have been used at synthesis of the nucleus-shell type emulsions with possibility for repeated information recording.
