The base models of interacting electron and electromagnetic waves in the systems with peniotronic and gyroresonant mechanisms of the phasing have been described from single positions based on the representations of the theory of waves; the non-stationary, periodical and chaotic processes at interaction of the meeting waves, following waves, at interaction of the waves near critical frequencies in the systems with phase non-linearity, with peniotronic and gyroresonant phasing mechanisms have been investigated. The results are used in the educational process of the Saratov State University.
