A number of the new effects has been discovered and investigated: effect of converting high-frequency drift oscillations into the low-frequency local rotation of molecules in the liquid crystals (LC), direct piezoelectric effect in LC of different modification, effect of the phase slip in the non-linear phase waves the essence of which consists in the spontaneous breach of the homogeneous wave propagation in the LC volume and on the boundary of their breaks and formation of the different force structural defects and some others.
