THE SCIENTIFIC BASES OF THE COMPLEX REGIONAL EVALUATION OF THE ANTHROPOGENOUS EFFECT ON THE GROUND AND WATER RESOURCES

The object of investigation: the ground and water resources in the central-chernozem regions, forming in water collectors of small rivers and subjected to the effect of the man's economic activity. For the first time, the theoretical bases of the inregral evaluation of the various anthropogenous influences on the ground and water resources in the central-chernozem regions, the basic principles of control with negative processes, arising in the nature-economy systems under the influence of the man's activity, have been developed. The system of indicators and the criteria of evaluation of the consequences of the anthropogenous effect and economic activity of the man on the ground and water resources, and the model of control by the negative processes in the nature-economic systems have been developed.
