The object of investigation: the potentiometric cholinesterase biosensors, phosphor-organic pesticides, natural and sewage waters of the number of chemical productions. The purpose of the work: the development of the constructions and optimization of functioning of the potentiometric biosensors for the determination of the water and plant materials contamination by pesticides, and evaluation of the common contamination (toxicity) of waters. Determined have been the laws of the biosensors functioning under the different experiment al conditions and depending on the composition of the ferments-containing membranes.
