The investigation im concerned with the invertebrates of the soil mesofauna. The object of investigation is revelation of regularities of transformation of pedobiont complexes of taiga forests exposed to oil pollution. The researchers have pioneered in obtaining the relationships between the basic parameters of pedobiont complexes (the species makeup, population and biomass, dynamic density and trophic, age and dimensional structures) and the intensity of soil oil pollution.
