Handbook for data compilation of irradiation tested electronic components. Vol. 7

By order of the Deutsche Agentur fuer Raumfahrtangelegenheiten (DARA) GmbH Contract number 50 IB 9306 the Hahn Meitner Institut Berlin GmbH has prepared volum 7 of this ''Data Compilation of Irradiation Tested Electronic Components''. Under this contract it is scheduled to update the handbook by further test reports in a two years sequence. Either report is intended to serve as a tool for application engineers who design their electronic circuits used in a radiative environment. The test reports have to contain all the necessary information on the device lot under test, on the irradiation and measurement procedure and the documentation of test results in an appropriate format. In general, test results are distinguished on a lot to lot basis because the difference in degradation between two different lots can be significant.
