The objective of this joint project was the development- and technology-oriented preparation of new product lines with priority on high-temperature resistant sensor systems. Within the project, technological, design and material subtasks were conceived, and experience and knowledge was gathered by extensive experimental investigations the results of which permit product developments and the production of high-temperature sensor systems. The components created during the development work with the joint partners and the lessons learned concerning the behavior of these components under high temperature influence open an extended range of applications as compared to the previous state-of-the art in electronic products (e.g. in the fields of pow...
