The Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPA) are designed for modern Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT), a part of Ku- Band satellite communication links. The applications are satellite communication in the SCPC operation or in the terrestric point to point microwave links. the amplifier are manufactured in the SMD one board technology of micro galssfibre-teflonsubstrat (d=0,25 mm) with backside copper thick metal cladding (d=3,2 mm). Trough the use by high integrated activ components (GaAs FET-MMIC, matched power GaAs-FET's) in the copper ceramic case are realised reliable and service friendly amplifiers in slime line case with optimal heath transfer.
