Biomass fermentation produces biogas, which is a mixture of mainly methane, carbon dioxide, oxygen and hydrogen sulfide. The proposed biogas analyser quantifies the biogas components using thermal conductivity and electrochemical sensors. It can be used for computerized automation of biomass fermentation with high reliability and low cost.
