Errichtung, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung einer Pilotanlage mit einem Durchsatz von 5 Mg/h zur automatischen Farbseparierung von Altglasscherben einschliesslich der dazu notwendigen Konditionierung

1. objective: testing and optimization of a pilot plant for the optical-electronic recognition and pneumatic separation of crushed pieces of broken glass of different color and for the separation of foreign substances by identifying the component parts. 2. program: during the first phase tests for optimizing the construction and the method of operation of the plant concerning the quality of separation, results and throughput have been carried out. During the second phase the integration and optimization of a pretreatment plant for conditioning the glass pieces adapted to the pilot plant have been taken place. The optimization of selecting by the color was continued. 3. state of the plant: the plant is closed as regards content. The separation plant and the pretreatment plant were successfully put into operation, repeatedly developed further andoptimized. With 6 Mg/h the goals for the throughput of the plant could be exceeded. The color purity of white glass reaches at least 99,9 % and herewith does better than the highest requirements of the glass industry.
