Polymerisation of acrylonitrile (AN) has been investigated by means of neutral or cationic zirconocene catalysts with and without different cocatalysts. Solvents effects have been studied using toluene and DMF, and comparative investigation of polymerisations of methacrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate have been performed.
