Gefaehrdungs- und Belastungsabbau bei der Herrichtung von Streben in der geneigten Ladung Abschlussbericht

The conventional installation of shield suppports in faces to be developed and the alignment and positioning of the shields represents a considerable physical strain for and hazard to the workers employed. Therefore, a slewing and positioning device was developed which is used to transload the shield supports in the face from the transport facility, to turn them into direction of face advance and to position them. The slewing and positioning device includes the actual slewing facility and two pusher frames at both sides serving as abutments for the slewing facility. The overall advice is advanced by using these frames. The device was tested in use at Walsum colliery in the Robert seam under extremely difficult conditions with a seam inclination of 42 gon and a lateral inclination of 8 gon for a seam thickness of up to 3.1 m. Although a significant performance increase compared to the conventional installation of the shields could not be achieved when testing the slewing and positioning device, the project's objective could nevertheless be reached completely because - not a single accident occurred during the total installation, - the strain reduction could be proven in a preceding R and D project and - the device is regarded as advantageous by the manpower. (orig.)Das konventionelle Einfahren von Schildausbau in herzurichtende Streben und das Ausrichten und Positionieren der Schilde stellt eine erhebliche koerperliche Belastung und Gefaehrdung fuer die Belegschaft dar. Deshalb wurde eine Schildeinrueckvorrichtung entwickelt, mit der die Schildausbaueinheiten im Streb von der Transporteinrichtung abgezogen, in Abbaurichtung gedreht und positioniert werden koennen. Sie besteht aus zwei Schreitgespannen, die als Widerlager fuer die eigentliche Schwenkeinrichtung dienen. Die gesamte Anlage wird mit Hilfe dieser Schreitgespanne schreitend verfahren. Der Erprobungseinsatz erfolgte auf der Schachtanlage Westerholt in Floez Robert unter extrem schwierigen Bedingungen bei einem Floezeinfallen bis zu 42 gon, einer Querneigung von 8 gon und einer Floezmaechtigkeit bis zu 3,1 m. Bei der Erprobung der Schildeinrueckvorrichtung wurde zwar keine wesentliche Leistungssteigerung gegenueber dem konventionellen Einbau der Schilde erzielt, das Ziel des Vorhabens wurde jedoch in vollem Umfang erreicht, weil - sich waehrend des gesamten Einbaus kein einziger Unfall ereignete, - der Belastungsabbau in einem vorlaufenden FE-Vorhaben nachgewiesen werden konnte und - die Einrichtung von der Belegschaft als vorteilhaft angesehen wird.
