The User, internal and external loads as well as pipe heat output have a signifikant influence on the real energy loss of a low-energy house (LEH). Because these facts mostly show high dynamic effects there will be new rating and operating conditions for systems engineering in a LEH in future. The originally fixed target of developing a special engineering system was expanded so that new general conclusions can be drawn. All research work is based on a linked simulation procedure partly involving numerical airflow calculations.
