Mathematisches Teilmodell fuer die Steinkohlenaufbereitung am Beispiel der tuerkischen Gediz-Kohle Abschlussbericht

The ovarall aim of investigation is the development of a mathematical model for the preparation and usage of stone coal within the system borders Run-of-Mine-Coal and processing products. The partial model, preparation, based on a systems analysis of preparation plants existing. The single procedure sections of the preparation process are described by input/output balance questions. On the basis of the equations a program for personal computers is prepared. The requirements for the program were the simulation and optimization of plants existing and the planning of the procedure sections for new plants. The testing of the program is carried out with data from plants existing and experimental examinations. The program is menu-driven. The structure of the program allows the user to put in experimental values during the program runs. The results can be output diagrammatically and tabulated on the screen or a matrix printer. (orig.)Gesamtziel eines Forschungsvorhabens ist die mathematische Modellierung der Steinkohlenaufbereitung innerhalb der Systemgrenzen Rohfoerderkohle und Veredelungsprodukte. Das Teilmodell Aufbereitung basiert auf einer Systemanalyse von bestehenden Aufbereitungsanlagen. Die einzelnen Verfahrensstufen der Aufbereitung werden durch Input/Output-Bilanzgleichungen beschrieben. Auf dieser Grundlage ist ein Computerprogram fuer Personal Computer erstellt worden. Die an das Programm gestellten Anforderungen sind die Simulation und die Optimierung bestehender Anlagen sowie das Planen der Verfahrensstufen fuer neue Anlagen gewesen. Die Pruefung des Programmes erfolgte anhand von Daten bestehender Anlagen sowie experimenteller Untersuchungen. Das Programm ist Menuegefuehrt. Die Struktur gestatted dem Anwender, Erfahrungswerte waehrend des Programmablaufes einzugeben. Die Ergebnisse koennen grafisch und tabellarisch auf dem Bildschirm oder einem Matrixdrucker ausgegeben werden.
