Machbarkeitsstudie zur Verwertung von Deponiegas auf zwei Deponien der Stadt Peking

After inspection of both landfills including the visit of two other big landfills Asuwei and Liulitun the above mentioned facts have been proved. Every landfill has an enormous problem with landfill gas formations and very big volumes of leachate water mainly in rain seasons. Generally it is to be noticed that the extended filling of all landfill area contributes to the problems because there only happens slow progress in dumping height and so there can be found high oxygen concentration and slow anaerobic conditions in the landfill body. After that this installation assaults an enormous volume of leachate, partly more than 1,000 m"3/d, which flows into the storage tank. In all landfills storage tanks have been installed, but in times of large rain events their capacity is not sufficient by far. The installed biological working oxidation tanks/treatment plants - Asuwei, Liulitun - do not work or do not work sufficiently because of the seasonal low temperatures and big volume of oxidation. For the inquiry of further foundation of the actual landfill gas production and calculation of the necessary gas abstraction system with a mobile gas abstraction test unit, starting with landfill Beishenshu, the actual landfill gas production should be inquired. After finishing the gas abstraction test and inquiring real gas production rates, this unit can be brought to insertion in the 3 left landfill units. As a second step it is recommended to install an active gas abstraction on landfill Beishenshu and Asuwei because on both locations the filling has already proceeded very far. After installation of the active gas abstraction it can be started with landfill gas abstraction. Hereby should be considered to use CHP as heat deliverer because leachate has to be pre-heated in winter, no matter which purification system would come to use in future, to obtain an adequate cleaning performance respectively flow rate. With a benefit of 0,3 Yuan to run out per produced kW_e_l it is advisable to produce power energy with CHP because particularly the exhaust heat of CHP units cover the heat consumption for local buildings and pre-heating of the leachate completely. (orig.)Nach Besichtigung der beiden Deponien vor Ort incl. der beiden anderen Grossdeponien Asuwei und Lithium hat sich bestaetigt, dass alle 4 Deponien ein enormes Problem mit der Deponiegasbildung und den vor allem mit den in der Regenzeit anfallenden sehr grossen Sickerwassermengen haben. Zur Ermittlung von weiteren Grundlagen der aktuellen Deponiegasbildung und zur Auslegung der erforderlichen Deponiegasabsauganlagen, sollte beginnend mit der Deponie Beishenshu mit einer mobilen Probeentgasungsanlage die aktuelle Deponiegasproduktion ermittelt werden. Nach Beendigung der Probeentgasung und Ermittung der realen Gasproduktionsraten, kann diese Anlage nacheinander auf den anderen drei Grossdeponien zum Einsatz kommen. Als zweite Massnahme empfiehlt sich die Installation einer aktiven Entgasung auf den Deponien Beishenshu und Asuwei, da auf diesen Standorten die Verfuellung in einigen Teilbereichen bereits weit vorgeschritten ist. Nach Installation der aktiven Entgasung kann mit der Deponiegasnutzung begonnen werden. Hierbei sollte die Nutzung der BHKW's als Waermelieferant bereits im Vorfeld mit beruecksichtigt werden, da das Sickerwasser in den Wintermonaten, egal welches System zukuenftig zum Einsatz kommt, vorgewaermt werden muss, um eine ausreichende Reinigungsleistung bzw. Durchsatzleistung zu erzielen. Nachdem von einer Verguetung von 0,3 Yuan pro erzeugter kW_e_l ausgegangen werden kann, stellt sich die Erzeugung von elektrischer Energie mittels Blockheizkraftwerken als die sinnvollste Loesung zur Nutzung des Deponiegases dar, zumal die Abwaerme der BHKW-Anlagen vollstaendig zur Deckung des Waemebedarfs der oertlichen Gebaeude und zum Vorwaermen des Sickerwassers ausreicht.
