1. The structure of the laserbeam welded stainless duplex steels is different from the base material. This is especially important for corrosion resistance. 2. Conventional filler materials are not sufficiently suitable for laserbeam-welding, because of their chemical analysis. The aim is, to acquire a process-arrangement for laserbeam-welding with filler-wire of Duplex-steels. 3. A suitable metallurgical structure of the weld is aimed by changing the process-control and/or by using different filter materials. 4. The results show that the desired structure-characteristic can largely be reached by Hybrid-welding with dragged supply of cold wire. 5.
