Anlagentechnisches Messprogramm an der Windkraftanlage WKA-60 auf Helgoland Abschlussbericht

A plant test programme was performed on the large wind turbine WKA-60 sited on the North Sea island of Helgoland. After describing the measurement system the report summarizes the results of measuring phase and evaluation referring to the main subjects such as wind, structural loads, performance, energy output, environmental aspects etc. Furthermore the technical problems of the WKA-60 are pointed out in a short form. The results of a general inquiry among Helgoland's inhabitants with respect to exploiting wind energy in general and especially by WKA-60 are presented.
