Die analytische Bestimmung erfolgt durch HPLC an silberbeladenem AMINEX HPX 42A Kationenaustauscher und nachgeschalteter Umsetzung mit Kupfer/Natriumbicinchoninat bzw. Orcin/Schwefelsaeure ('chemical reaction detection').
