Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war die Entwicklung und Optimierung eines optischen Sensors zur quantitativen Bestimmung leichtfluechtiger organischer Substanzen in Wasser. Das Messprinzip basiert auf dem spektroskopischen Nachweis der Analyte anhand der ersten CH-Obertoene im evaneszenten Feld eines mit hydrophoben Polysiloxanen beschichteten integriert-optischen Lichtwellenleiters. Die Polysiloxanmembran dient zur reversiblen Anreicherung der Analyte aus der waessrigen Probe und haelt stoerende Wassermolekuele vom evaneszenten Feld fern. Die Signalerfassung erfolgte mit einem Simultanspektrometer bzw. mit einem NIR-Filterphotometer.
