Lufthygienischer Jahresbericht 1992

This annual report compiles the daily and monthly results of 1992 and gives a comprehensive survey of the 1991 ground level concentrations of pollutants measured by the 33 stations of the Hessian air pollution monitoring system. The data compiled for sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, hydrocarbons (without methane), ozone, and airborne particles are evaluated. Traffic emission monitoring results from two stations which have been operated since 1991 are given for the first time. The monitoring system is described, and the meteorological situation in the year under review is discussed. A table and geographical maps facilitate access to the annual means and the 98% values of the measured pollutants. The most affected areas are defined, and the annual concentration characteristics are discussed. The measuring results are compared with the limiting values, the standard values and the recommended values. A trend analysis is made for each of the data collectives which at least go back to 1985. (orig.)Der Lufthygienische Jahresbericht 1992 gibt ueber die aktuelle Berichterstattung (z.B. Tages- und Monatsberichte) hinaus einen umfassenden Ueberblick ueber die an den 33 Stationen des Luftmessnetzes Hessen im Jahre 1991 gemessenen Immissionskonzentrationen. Dabei werden die Datenkollektive der Komponenten Schwefeldioxid, Kohlenmonoxid, Stickstoffmonoxid, Stickstoffdioxid, Kohlenwasserstoffe (ohne Methan), Ozon und Schwebstaub ausgewertet. Zusaetzlich werden in diesen Bericht erstmals die Ergebnisse von zwei seit 1991 verkehrsbezogen messenden Stationen aufgenommen. Nach einigen allgemeinen Angaben zum Messnetz und der Diskussion der meteorologischen Situation im Bezugsjahr werden die Immissionskenngroessen Jahresmittelwert und 98%-Wert der betrachteten Schadstoffe tabellarisch vorgestellt und durch eine gleichzeitige Kartendarstellung der geographische Bezug hergestellt. Dem Herausarbeiten von Belastungsschwerpunkten, der Diskussion der Konzentrationsgaenge im Jahresverlauf sowie dem Vergleich der Messergebnisse mit Grenz-, Richt- und Leitwerten folgt im letzten Kapitel eine Trendanalyse. Diese wird fuer alle Datenkollektive durchgefuehrt, die mindestens bis in das Jahr 1985 zurueckreichen.
