In the clinical precautions as well as industrial facilities and machinery there is a need for systems which are doing diagnostic using screening methods for selecting those patients / equipment from healthy / ill patients or malfunction / process disturbance respectively. A portable and light-weight device with sensors including high function density multi sensors was developed. These multifunction sensors are small and miniaturized. The unit is easy in its application and adjustments. Process signals can be recorded and stored in rough environments. An analysis system supports the user to evaluate his process view and diagnostics.
