Entwicklung eines emissionsarmen Verfahrens zur Herstellung von Doppelwandrohren als sicherheitsrelevante Massenteile fuer Hydraulikleitungen Schlussbericht

The automotive industry worldwide is using double wall tubes as safety relevant mass production parts for brake, fuel and hydraulic pipes. These steel tubes are zinc galvanized, chromated and finally coated with a high resistant PVF layer. The steel tubes to be produced are coated with varnish and special rolling oils to be brazed in a muffle tube furnace. The process efficiency is approx. 50 percent. The task of the research and development project was development and commercial realization of a pilot line, which should further develop the state of technology with a process technology improved. Through this, at a consequent conversion of all coordinated process components large part environmental pollutant emissions do not occur in comparison with a line with state of the art technology. The latest inductive brazing process leads to a reduction of approx. 27 tons of chemicals yearly, referred to a production capacity of 50 millions meters as well as to an improved valuable material efficiency of approx. 10%. Besides this the pollutant avoiding process technology gives the possibility of decreasing of harmful working places. At the same time a decrease in part costs and performs therefore also a relative promotion of the reconciliation of ecology and economy. The fabrication of environmental-friendly production systems of this type can be logged decentrally in the automotive industry worldwide. (orig.)In der Kraftfahrzeugindustrie werden weltweit Doppelwandrohre als sicherheitsrelevante Massenteile fuer Brems-, Kraftstoff- und Hydraulikleitungen eingesetzt. Diese Stahlrohre werden galvanisch verzinkt, chromatiert und mit einer hochresistenten PVF-Beschichtung versehen. Diese Stahlrohre werden mit umweltrelevanten Zusaetzen wie Firnis und speziellen Rolloelen beschichtet, um anschliessend in einem Muffelrohrofen geloetet zu werden. Der Prozesswirkungsgrad liegt bei etwa 50 Prozent. Die Aufgabe des F and E-Vorhabens bestand in der Entwicklung und grosstechnischen Realisierung einer Pilotanlage, die erstmals mit verbesserter Prozesstechnologie den Stand der Technik fortentwickeln sollte. Dadurch wird bei konsequenter Umsetzung aufeinander abgestimmter Prozesskomponenten ein Grossteil umweltrelevanter Schadstoffe im Vergleich zu Anlagen nach dem Stand der Technik erst gar nicht entstehen. Dabei fuehrt das neuartige induktive Loetverfahren zum Wegfall von jaehrlich etwa 27 t Chemikalien, bezogen auf eine Produktionskapazitaet von 50 Mio. Metern sowie einer verbesserten Wertstoffnutzung von etwa 10%. Zudem ermoeglicht die schadstoffvermeidende Prozesstechnologie den Abbau gesundheitsgefaehrdender Arbeitsplaetze bei gleichzeitiger Senkung der Stueckkosten und leistet somit auch einen entsprechenden Beitrag zur Versoehnung von Oekologie und Oekonomie. Die Herstellung umweltfreundlicher Produktionssysteme dieser Art lassen sich damit weltweit dezentral in der Automobilindustrie einsetzen.
