Entwicklung einer Strategie zur qualitaetsgerechten Modellierung des Entwicklungs-/Konstruktionsprozesses

Quality management systems that completely integrate the development and design process have become increasing by important in the modern industrial environment. The reasons for that can be found in the requirements of standards DIN EN ISO 9000 to 9004, the increasing orientation of the production sector towards the demands of its clients, and the high product and cost responsibility of the development and design sector. Nevertheless, the 'element orientated' structure of the standards named above does not offer sufficient support in modelling an application specific an qualitable development and design process. The different techniques, which are available in design methodology to model and improve the development and design process, or which are discussed in the field of the new quality philosophy, do not offer sufficient support to the user. In this thesis a strategy will be presented, which enables a systematic modelling of the development and design process taking client specific demands (of external clients as well as of internal ones) as well as standards, or a company specific quality management respectively, into account. Based on a special understanding the term of 'quality' within the sector of development and design, and based on the state-of-the-art 'methology for the development and design process of technical systems and products' a new systematic development and design process model will be introduced. Additionally, a data model that meets the requirements of this development and design process will be defined. A scheme for the classification and description of techniques and requirements of the quality management will be presented enabling their systematic selection, adaptation and integration. With the help of the classification tables supplied for many techniques and requirements of quality management, a direct application made possible. The very rigid systematic description offers a base for the development of a computer supported system.
