In the project by the public transport operator of the City of Leipzig (LVB) was elaborated comprehensive summaries of system requirements against software applications and was actually implemented. Exemplary and transferable for use in all public transport companies, the organisation and workflow was supported, based on a integrated Data Model. With that, an integrated and practicable overall solution for the commercial and also the technical and service area, was put into reality for the first time. In parallel to this project the TransTeC Beteiligungs- und Managementgesellschaft mbH of Hanover vouched for the neutrality of the results and with that the possibility for use in further public transport companies.
