Gesteuerte Interferenzausloeschung bei Rotorlaerm Schlussbericht

The task of this investigation is the reduction of rotor-noise by controlled destructive interference. This technique ought to be applicable to all rotor types like propeller, rotor, turboprop, propfan and rotary compressor. The rotational noise of these engines is the dominant noise content and ought to be reduced by active noise control. This anti-noise method is now under development all over the world. The first commercial product till now is an electronic controlled ear muffler. In all, 10 different methods for active noise control for rotors were investigated. The best result was obtained with a ducted propeller. Integrating a coincidence network in the duct of the FANTRAINER the noise reduction was 4 - 5 dB(A). This acoustical network can be compared with an electronic charge coupled device. Another control system was realized with fluidic elements. Because of the lower acoustic output only the noise of blowers and fans can be reduced. The main problem of active noise control of rotors is the generation of low frequency antinoise. For a break through, further innovations are necessary. (orig.)Ziel des Vorhabens ist es, die Antischalltechnik auf Rotoraggregate, wie Propeller, Turboprop, Fantriebwerke, Hubschrauberrotoren, Propfan und Rotationsverdichter, anzuwenden. Der dominante Laermanteil dieser Geraete ist der periodische Drehklang. Dieser Laerm soll mit gesteuerter Interferenzausloeschung verringert werden. An der Antischalltechnik wird heute weltweit gearbeitet. Praxisreife haben aber erst elektronisch geregelte Ohrschuetzer erreicht. Insgesamt wurden 10 verschiedene Wege zur Ausloeschung des periodischen Rotorlaerms erarbeitet. Der groesste Erfolg konnte bei ummantelten Rotoren erreicht werden. Dazu wurde im rotormantel eine akustische Koinzidenzstrecke eingebaut. Vergleichbar einer elektronischen Eimerkettenschaltung handelt es sich hier um eine akustische Steuerlogik. Beim Einbau in den RFB-FANTRAINER konnte der Ueberfluglaerm um 4 - 5 dB(A) reduziert werden. - Eine ebenfalls elektronikfreie Steuerung wurde mit Fluidik-Elementen realisiert. Begrenzt durch die Leistung, konnten damit aber nur Luefter und Geblaese bedaempft werden. - Das Problem der Laermausloeschung bei nicht ummantelten Rotoren liegt in der Erzeugung tieffrequenten Antischalls. Ein Durchbruch verlangt hier noch weitere Innovationen.
