Die vorliegende Arbeit ist der Einfuehrung einer Kontrastvariationsmethode gewidmet, die die anomale Roentgenstreuung von Schwefelatomen zur Untersuchung von biologischen Makromolekuelen in Loesung nutzt. Durch Analyse der Aenderung der Streumuster, die durch die wellenlaengenabhaengige Streuung in der Naehe der Schwefel-K-Absorptionskante verursacht werden, kann der Beitrag der Proteinkomponenten im Makromolekuel abgetrennt werden. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Kontrastvariationstechniken werden diese Messungen in situ an ein und derselben Probe durchgefuehrt. Die erzielten Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die anomale Streuung von Schwefelatomen ein wirkungsvolles Werkzeug in Strukturuntersuchungen von biologischen Makromolekuelen in Loesung ist. (orig.)...
