Rastertunnelmikroskopie und -spektroskopie an deponierten Einzelfullerenen: C_6_0, Ce rate at C_6_0 und La rate at C_6_0

In this PhD thesis the electronic properties of a C_6_0-fullerenes, pure and endohedral doped with Ce and La, has been measured on individual molecules. C_6_0, Ce rate at C_6_0 and La rate at C_6_0 were produced in a pulsed laser vaporization cluster source, deposited on HOPG, and examined topographically and spectroscopically with a scanning tunnel microscope. It is shown that Ce rate at C_6_0 has a reduced band gap in contrasting to pure C_6_0. La rate at C_6_0 even exhibits a vanishing bandgap. The I(V)-curve identifies La rate at C_6_0 to be metallic-like while C_6_0 and Ce rate at C_6_0 show semiconducting character. Moreover La rate at C_6_0 shows a reversible opening of a band gap of 40 meV at a transition temperature of 28 K#+-#1 K. The disappearing of the tunneling current at temperatures under 28 K could be explained with the freezing of lanthaniums movement in the C_6_0-Fullerene. (orig.)In dieser Dissertation wurden die elektronischen Eigenschaften von C_6_0-Fullerenen, rein und endohedral dotiert mit Ce oder La, an Einzelfullerenen untersucht. C_6_0, Ce rate at C_6_0 und La rate at C_6_0 wurden in einer Laserverdampfungsquelle produziert, auf HOPG deponiert und mit dem Rastertunnelmikroskop topographisch und spektroskopisch untersucht. Ce rate at C_6_0 zeigt eine verkleinerte Bandluecke im Vergleich zum reinem C_6_0. La rate at C_6_0 zeigt sogar eine verschwundende Bandluecke. Aus der I(V)-Kennlinie laesst sich ableiten, dass La rate at C_6_0 metallischen Character hat, waehrend C_6_0 und Ce rate at C_6_0 halbleitenden Charakter besitzen. Weiterhin zeigt La rate at C_6_0 ein reversibles Oeffnen einer Bandluecke von 40 meV bei einer Uebergangstemperatur von 28 K#+-#1 K. Das Verschwinden des Tunnelstromes bei Temperaturen unter 28 K konnte mit dem Einfrieren der Bewegung des Lanthan-Atoms im C_6_0-Fulleren erklaert werden.
