The tasks and activities of the various partners with the framework of cooperative R and D work on high-Tc superconductivity are reported. The partners are the kFA Juelich, Access Aachen, Physikalisch-Technisches Institut, Jena, Zentralinstitut fuer Festkoerperphysik und Werkstofforschung, Dresden (ZFW), AKZO Ibenbueren, Steinfurt FH, and Frankfurt/Main University. The issue further contains five short papers on the same topic.
