The model of the fermionic molecular dynamics is proven, as it could be stated in this thesis, as suitable concept in order to describe ground states and dynamics of heavy ions molecular-dynamically. Thereby to the regardment of the fermionic character of the considered particles by the application of an antisymmetric approach in form of a Slater determinant is assigned special importance. Solely this approach leads to the right relation between energy and density of a free Fermi gas. Also the model of the fermionic molecular dynamics contains properties of the shell model, as for instance oscillations of the position-space density, and at suitable choice of the parameter it is equivalent to the shell model of the harmonic oscillator.
