In electronic microscope, supplied the prefix for heat the structural evolutionary processes happening in the condensed film Ni, thickness #approx# 30 nm investigates. At 500...550 deg. C the processes of collective recrystallization are observed which happen on a hum noise of arising of micro-strip fragmentation. The structural fragments of a film are in a condition of oscillations or vibrations. At 650 deg. C owing to mass-transfer the drop-like islands of Ni are formed. The process is interpreted as a beginning of sintering of nanosize powders. Researches of structural modifications in crystalline films of Cu and Ag and condensed films of Au have shown presence of effect of structural modifications at heat of samples up to #approx# 300.....
