This thesis works with the Standard Model, the quark model and the Factorization method. We investigate the decay rates of matter-antimatter of b quark and B meson decays. We presented the Standard Model for families of quarks at tree-level b decays b #-># q_iq_kq_j_-_b_a_r, q_i is an element of #left brace#u,c#right brace#, q_k is an element of #left brace#d,s#right brace#, q_j_-_b_a_r is an element of #left brace#u-bar, c-bar#right brace# without QCD correction. The gluonic penguin of hadronic b decays b #-># q_kg #-># q_kq_iq_j_-_b_a_r is studied through the Wilson coefficients of the effective Hamiltonian.
